Jim Kramer is an Investment Advisor and Insurance Broker. He has been in the Financial Services industry since 1990. Jim previously served as Director of Sales for the Principal Financial Group and holds the following degrees and designations:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
- Master of Business Administration degree in Economics from the New York Institute of Technology.
- Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designation from the American College.
- Registered Health Underwriter designation from the American College.
Gina Russell
Office Manager
Gina is an East Troy resident, who is originally from Racine. She resided in Michigan from 1986-2016, when she returned to Wisconsin. Gina came to us with a background in legal and customer service. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends down by Geneva Lake, taking in all Lake Geneva, and the surrounding areas have to offer. Gina is dedicated to making all of our clients feel comfortable and excited to be a part of the Kramer Investment Services family.
Tricia Ruby
Service Associate
Tricia Ruby is an Elkhorn resident, who is originally from Appleton. She moved to IL at a young age and then found her way back to the Dairyland state in 2017. Tricia has a background in real estate and owns several rental properties in the area. She is an avid runner with 47 marathons under her belt, and is a huge fan of indoor cycling. Tricia loves catching the latest popular Netflix shows, as well as thrift shopping and finding unique dining establishments. Tricia strives to create a positive experience for all of Jim’s clients here at Kramer Investment Services.

Mr. Binger is the President of Gradient Investments. He has been with Gradient Investments since 2012 and has more than 30 years of total investment management experience. Mr. Binger’s prior roles include managing multi-billion dollar investment products for a large institutional asset manager. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and is a CFA® charterholder. We believe that he brings a depth of market experience that is rare within the industry and has been a featured contributor with several media outlets including CNBC, Fox Business, Barron’s, and The Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Bryan is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Gradient Investments. He has been with Gradient Investments since 2016 and has over 15 years of total investment management experience. Mr. Bryan’s job history includes equity research and portfolio management roles for institutional asset managers in Minneapolis and New York. He has been a frequent contributor to media outlets including CNBC, Fox Business, Reuters, and The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Bryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University, earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and is a CFA® charterholder.
